Our Lending Solutions
We offer three types of commercial real estate loans:
- Predevelopment loans: Cover early planning and design costs before your project officially begins.
- Acquisition loans: Secure the property or land you need to bring your vision to life.
- Construction loans: Finance the building or renovation phase of your project.

What Sets Us Apart
We know we’re not like other lenders-and that’s intentional. Here’s what makes a TREC Community Investors loan different:
- Flexible financing: Up to $750,000 (with opportunities to exceed this amount through partnerships) at market-rate interest and a 1% origination fee. Loans are secured by property or guaranty, with terms of up to five years.
