Our highly acclaimed and one-of-a-kind Real Estate Bootcamp course introduces participants to the development process. Over six program modules held each spring, participants receive the skills, training, and industry contacts necessary to bring to life a real estate project that creates a positive impact on their communities.

Program Details
Real Estate Bootcamp is designed primarily for aspiring developers and organizations seeking a TREC Community Investors loan, but no prior real estate education or experience is required. Our ideal applicant is committed to applying program lessons to underserved neighborhoods
throughout North Texas.
The program features case studies, expert panels, and individualized coaching from experienced development professionals to help participants understand strategies essential for success:
Development Stages: How to succeed from project conception to leasing and resale
Key players: Who they are, how they are involved, and what they do
Market Analysis: Positioning your project for success
Site Suitability Analysis: Finding the right location for your project
Financial Feasibility Analysis: Building a budget, projecting cashflows, and using simple financial models to test assumptions
Financing: Securing the debt and equity investments you need
Registration Information
Real Estate Bootcamp is typically held in springtime. Applicants must commit to attending each program session. Due to the unique nature of the program, space is limited to 30 participants.
Selected applicants will receive a scholarship covering the full program cost from The Real Estate Council (TREC) and its network of development professionals.
