On this episode, we talk with Shaneika Frazier of Dallas College about about the workforce development programs and small business support services offered through the Dallas Collaborative for Equitable Development, the ongoing partnership between TREC Community Investors, Dallas College, and LiftFund to remove the barriers to sustained economic prosperity in the Forest District, The Bottom, and West Dallas-Census Tract 205 neighborhoods.
